DESCRIPTION |
| Coprox
Waterproof Crack Filler is suitable for interior or exterior applications.
It mixes easily with water, has excellent strength and adhesion, can
be applied in layers of up to 6mm and is easily sanded to a smooth
finish. It is waterproof and can be applied to damp masonry structures. |

| SUITABLE
SURFACES |
| Mortar,
screed, concrete, cement plaster, brick and cinder block. Other surfaces
should first be tested for suitability. All surfaces must be firm,
rigid and non-flexible. |

| SURFACE
PREPARATION |
| Remove
dust, dirt and any other foreign matter. |
 |
| MIXING |
| a) |
Sprinkle
1kg Coprox Waterproof Crack Filler slowly into 350ml of clean water
stirring constantly with a wooden paddle until a smooth paste-like
consistency is achieved. |
| b) |
Use
within 30 minutes. |
 |
| APPLICATION
|
| a) |
Fill
cracks, holes and indentations with the crack filler using a scraper
or putty knife. |
| b) |
Apply
to a depth not exceeding 6mm. For deeper cracks, holes or indentations,
apply in 6mm layers after each layer has been allowed to dry for at
least 4 hours. |

Even
out the crack filler level with the surrounding surface. |
| d) |
Allow
to dry for at least 4 hours before sanding or painting. Drying times
may be longer in cold or wet weather. |

If swallowed
in significant amounts induce vomiting, otherwise rinse mouth and
drink milk. Consult a doctor. |

move patient to fresh air. If respiratory irritation, dizziness, nausea
or unconsciousness occurs, seek medical assistance immediately. |

Eye
Contact - flush thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes. Consult
a doctor. |

Contact - wash contact areas with soap and water and apply aqueous
cream. |
